Hey, I'm Max 👋
By day, I'm part of BASF's Corporate AI Program — driving AI adoption across one of the world's largest chemical companies, rolling out tools for thousands of employees, and building corporate AI agents from the ground up.
Before that, I led a team managing six customer self-service portals for over 8,000 users, and spent nearly six years at IBM iX delivering digital transformation across industries.
But what I'm most passionate about? Showing that you don't need to be a developer to build with AI. I'm on my own journey of vibe coding — using tools like Google Antigravity, Stitch, and n8n to go from concept to working product in a weekend. I share what works, what breaks, and what I wish I'd known earlier.

My brand is built on the word iterate. I don't wait for the perfect plan. I build a version 1.0 quickly, test it with real users, and learn from what happens. If it works, I scale it. If it doesn't, I move on to the next idea — smarter than before. That's how I approach everything: one honest iteration at a time.
